Structural concrete must coordinate with engineering, soil conditions, layout, reinforcement, embeds and inspections. We review revisions and clarify which party owns each prerequisite before mobilization.

No. Structural design and engineering are provided by the project engineer. We build the contracted scope from the approved documents.

Yes. We review structural concrete scopes for additions, new residences, builders and commercial projects.

How are plan revisions handled?

Pricing is based on the identified document set. Revisions are reviewed for quantity, sequencing or scope changes before proceeding.
