No. Structural design and engineering are provided by the project engineer. We build the contracted scope from the approved documents.
Can you include reinforcing steel?
Yes, when reinforcement furnishing and installation are specifically included in the proposal.
Do you handle additions and new homes?
Yes. We review structural concrete scopes for additions, new residences, builders and commercial projects.
How are plan revisions handled?
Pricing is based on the identified document set. Revisions are reviewed for quantity, sequencing or scope changes before proceeding.
